Chiro Chat Pro was founded by Dr. Keisha Bates of Journey Family Chiropractic. I’ve been in practice since 2011, and like most chiropractors, I’ve always cared deeply about being accessible to my patients—not just in the office, but when they’re actively seeking answers.
Over the years, I noticed a frustrating pattern. Patients and potential patients would reach out late at night, on weekends, or after a long workday—asking important questions or trying to book an appointment. By the time the office reopened, those messages were often cold… or the patient had already moved on.
I was tired of missing patients simply because I couldn’t respond in real time.
Chiro Chat Pro was created to fill that communication gap. I wanted a way for patients to get answers 24/7, even when my office was closed—answers about care, insurance, scheduling, and what to expect before they ever walked through the door.
As a chiropractor, I also knew that generic chat tools weren’t enough. They didn’t understand how chiropractic offices work, how patients think, or what actually leads someone to book. So I built Chiro Chat Pro specifically for chiropractors—designed to educate, build trust, and help turn website visitors into scheduled appointments.
